sucks bout the cold man....get some airborne from walgreens and drink a whole lot of water and hot tea. sorry i didn't get to comment on the last album posted but as usual killer stuff. looking forward to this one right now. gonna check out my houston rockets so i am out. get better man!

As for the cold, I normally drink lots all day, and in the evening put two extra blankets on my bed, wear two pijamas and a jumper to bed, and sweat the buggers out. YMVV.
This is a wonderful record. I've had it for quite a while now and love it. Take lots of vitamins and echinacea helps with your immune system.
Sleep and time and a few low-budget 50s radioactive monster movies that you watch in the afternoon in your pajamas. Always works for me.

Water is imperative. Always have a bottle or glass handy, because you're helping your system to flush whatever ails you.
